Join us for a fun and interactive one-hour session where we will explore how eating healthy can help our minds and bodies feel their best! Families are welcome to ask questions and share their thoughts throughout the presentation. 

Details:

When: August 8th, 2025 at 9:00am -10:00am

Where: Zoom (We will send a link via email once registration and payment received)

Payment Information: $15 per participant and/or family (Payment must be received by August 1st, 2025). 

• In person at the Well Child office (cash or check accepted)
