Mental Health Counselor Intern
Lily is a Mental Health Counselor Intern with a passion in supporting & working with children, adolescents and families. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Siena College and is currently working towards her Master's in Counseling & Community Psychology at Russell Sage College, with plans to graduate in 2026.
She is interested in using a trauma-informed and strength-based approach in therapy to help clients feel empowered, safe, grounded and understood. Additionally, she is interested in utilizing evidence-based treatment models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and others to help support clients in building & creating positive and meaningful change.
In her free time, she enjoys photography, listening to music, reading, trying new food spots and just being able to spend quality time with family and friends.
